There is many different things you can work on with wii fit and everlast even has weights that you can put on the Wii controllers to use a wieghts.

Do you have Wii fit? is it all it's cracked up to be? is it an intense enough workout where you would actually get something out of it??

And if you don't have Wii fit, and have been thinking about getting it, what is holding you back from getting Wii fit?
